We would like to thank you so much for the wonderful Senior Prom organized for your residents. It was a unique experience for most of those who attended. We know Mom (Dorothy F.) enjoyed the pampering to get ready to go; arranging for a formal dress for Her, altering it to fit her, doing her nails, fixing her hair, and putting makeup on her. She looked and felt beautiful! And so did all of the other residents who attended!
The venue was prepared beautifully – the general appearance and the well appointed tables. The food was wonderful! We felt that everyone could have selected choices for a scrumptious meal – all presented attractively. Having photographers there gave each an opportunity to have a professionally taken photo as a remembrance.
Your planning and preparing for the prom, and providing the transportation and volunteers to accompany the residents, made this all possible. We’re grateful for your willingness to serve your residents in this way. I’m sure they’ll remember that special day and talk about it for awhile! Mom is already enjoying the pictures we’ve shown her – as are her roommates.
Thanks, also, for offering family members the opportunity to accompany their loved one. It was a wonderful experience for each of us, also. We enjoyed sharing this special time with Mom.
